This is an extraordinary time for Chasm Partners as we celebrate our 10th anniversary during the month of October.
With great humility, I have seen Chasm scale over these years to become the most comprehensive recruiting platform serving the private equity and venture capital-backed healthcare sector. As a business concept initially rooted in the idea that the recruiting world needed more “skin in the game” and improved predictability to achieve better client outcomes, Chasm Partners has become a talent solutions platform bigger than any of us envisioned at the time I founded the company.
While some may point to our differentiated service offerings as the primary source of our success, I firmly believe our performance has been driven by having the right people at the right time, and our amazing culture. And none of this would matter if we didn’t have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most innovative and transformative healthcare investors and companies as clients. We are grateful for the community we serve, which includes all of you.
Besides the help we provide to our clients when it comes to scaling their organizations through healthcare talent, I am reminded of the lives we touch and transform through every placement we make. Since 2015, Chasm has placed over 1,200 people in the healthcare technology and services space. Hundreds of executives have also successfully completed our executive coaching program provided by ChasmLead, helping each of them make a successful transition into their new leadership roles. While I am touched by these numbers, I am equally moved by the millions of lives impacted by the healthcare companies our placements serve. Our website says “Chasm transforms healthcare one leader at a time” for a reason.
In the same spirit, Chasm is choosing to celebrate our 10-year anniversary by making a philanthropic commitment to improving the health and well-being of others through ChasmCares. As part of this effort, ChasmCares will be helping others in need by donating $10,000 to non-profit organizations chosen by Chasm employees.
