With offices in Connecticut, Salt Lake City, and a remote team across the country, Chasm is made up by a diverse team of experienced operators and executive recruiters. Regardless of title or level in the firm, we are all “hands on” with highly experienced recruiters leading and managing projects day-to-day for our clients while working closely with candidates who trust us. We all work as a team utilizing a proven and highly systematized search methodology that maximizes everyone’s contribution as a recruiter to generate consistent and predictable placement outcomes for our clients.
Team-Based Compensation
Unlike traditional recruiting firms, Chasm employees are compensated based on team performance and project outcomes rather than commission. We are the opposite of individual contributors, celebrating the “no look pass” by leveraging one another’s expertise and network across all projects, regardless of level or client. We are all recognized and rewarded based on our team performance and the quality of our work.
