Matt Dumas

Founder & Managing Partner

Matt sees substantial opportunities for disruption in the healthcare ecosystem.  He is focused on applying best practices and talent capital management to help investors scale businesses in the healthcare technology and services space.  As Managing Partner of Chasm, Matt is focused on driving HCIT enterprise value growth through innovative talent capital models working as “partners” with venture capital and private equity investors and their portfolio companies.

Matt brings over 20+ years of experience as a business leader in both large and small companies, where he led the qualification, launch and commercial expansion plans of 19 B2B and B2C business ventures across 14 countries.

Before serving as a Partner at Oxeon Partners, Matt was a change agent as SVP and Head of Marketing (CMO) for WebMD consumer businesses such as the company’s website, magazine and mobile assets.  Prior to WebMD, Matt was Founder & Managing Director of Nielsen Health (formerly a start-up business unit of The Nielsen Company) and subsequently President & CEO of Deutsche Ventures, where he conceived and commercialized first ever data integration methods and analytic solutions that help healthcare marketers, payers and providers optimize their patient communication campaigns in a HIPAA regulated data environment.

In this endeavor, he founded Ecosys Consumer Analytics, a healthcare patient targeting and marketing ROI analytics platform that eventually merged with Crossix Solutions.  Earlier in his career, Matt spent 8 out of his 10 years at Procter & Gamble in Frankfurt and Geneva developing and leading commercial expansion plans for several global packaged goods and consumer health brands.  Matt started his career in the group employee benefits space at Unum.

Matt graduated from Colby College where he started two businesses, one of which he sold before graduating and received an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He is an investor and board member of various privately held ventures in the healthcare technology and services space. Matt is a member of the Board of Directors at Stamford Hospital, ranked by US News and World Report as one of the top hospitals in Connecticut, where he also serves on the Quality & Clinical Affairs as well as Finance Committees.

KRISTY LINDQUIST

CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

• Expertise in leadership, organizational development and delivering P&L results

Kristy found her niche as a global turnaround specialist in organizational development and operations. She has been a proven catalyst for change while leveraging the right people and leaders to achieve breakthrough results. After 25 years helping international companies in pharma and consumer products grow through challenging circumstances, she sees significant opportunity in helping healthcare technology & services companies scale by applying these experiences.

As an international business leader throughout her career, Kristy evolved as an accomplished leader and management consultant following 8 years at Procter & Gamble.  While at P&G, Kristy managed the P/L and growth strategies of several global brands in Western Europe and South East Asia, with particular focus on consumer health.  While at P&G, she led her organization successfully through the Thai currency crisis. Subsequently, Kristy took on several leadership roles as Chief Operating Officer of Axicorp Pharma and Chief Purchasing Officer of ACA Mueller, both of which were privately held European pharmaceutical distribution companies based in Germany.  In these roles, Kristy led significant restructuring and turnaround efforts during the German health care reform and following new private equity funding, leading to record profits.  Kristy also took on several projects in consulting and training for international clients, advising them on disruptive strategies to achieve growth.  Some of those clients include BRITA GmbH, Tivall Europe, AC Nielsen, Aventis Pharma, Amneal Pharma, and Constantia Flexibles.

Kristy graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder, and received her Master of International Management from Thunderbird Global School of Management.  She is fluent in German, enjoys globetrotting with her two young adult children, and enjoys running and hiking outdoors, especially since moving to Salt Lake City, Utah.

DAVID WOODWARD

PARTNER, ChasmSearch

David believes that in order for healthcare to transform from fee-for-service to value-based care, the Healthcare Information Technology industry will continue to face disruption and require “best in class” human capital to provide a competitive advantage. His view is that top talent in key functional areas like sales, marketing, operations, finance, and engineering will be necessary for venture backed companies in this space to not only win the sprint but keep pace in the marathon.

At Chasm Partners, David leverages his 20+ years of experience as an executive search professional in advising clients, and coaching candidates. He specializes in recruiting commercial oriented executives for early and later stage high growth clients, leveraging his experience from a broad range of client sectors including private equity, venture capital, healthcare, technology and consumer products.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, David specialized in retained search focused venture backed healthcare technology companies at Ross & Company. Earlier in his career, he served in several senior recruiting roles at Lindsey & Company and O’Keefe & Partners, where he specialized in the recruitment of senior marketing, sales and general management executives. He brings experience having worked directly with senior leaders at clients ranging from high-growth startups to Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Visa, Domino’s Pizza, and Victorinox Swiss Army, while also partnering with Private Equity and Venture Capital clients including Summit Partners, General Catalyst, Hellman & Friedman, Frontier Capital, Harvest Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, Northbridge Venture Partners, and Venrock, among others.

David graduated from Babson College with a BS in Management and was a two-time All-American in Ice Hockey. He is an active investor and a Limited Partner in a number of funds focused on healthcare technology and services. He lives in Fairfield, CT with his wife and two children and enjoys ice hockey, boating, fishing, golfing and hitting the beach. He is an active member in the Catholic Club, Roxbury Club, and Fayerweather Yacht club. He still enjoys playing hockey in a men’s league and maintains his Level 4 coaching certification.

Pamela Zients

As a healthcare industry veteran, Pam has experienced first-hand the need for transformation of the US healthcare system. She thrives on partnering with healthcare companies focused on developing innovative technologies and solutions that improve the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery and enhance the consumer experience. As a Partner with Chasm Partners, Pam leverages her experience with both established and early stage healthcare companies to identify exceptional talent in executive leadership, sales, operations, and customer success.

Before joining Chasm, Pam worked in business development, client success and consulting for healthcare startups and health systems. She has worked with seed stage companies, nonprofits and publicly traded companies across her healthcare career.

Prior to her endeavors in the healthcare start-up world, Pam spent four years with the Advisory Board Company in senior account executive and client success positions. She also spent close to a decade in hospital strategic planning and business development roles with both HCA and SCL Health. Pam started her career as a journalist covering fiscal, monetary, and trade policy in Washington, DC.

Pam is a graduate of Emory University and received an MBA from Columbia Business School. She lives outside of Denver with her family and enjoys spending her free time outdoors biking, hiking, and running up Colorado’s mountains. She also enjoys reading, cooking, and being “managed” by her poorly-behaved Australian Shepherd.

Meredith Damore

Executive Director, ChasmLead

• Expertise in organizational development, change leadership coaching, and team effectiveness

As the daughter of a healthcare CEO and a hospital social worker, Meredith has spent not just her career, but most of her life, within the healthcare ecosystem. She has seen firsthand how organizations can thrive under great leadership and when less effective approaches have hindered leaders from achieving their goals; she is passionate about helping healthcare leaders have greater self-awareness in order to achieve their personal and organizational goals. As Executive Director of Chasm’s organizational development arm and a member of Chasm’s executive leadership team, Meredith is focused on coaching healthcare executives by leveraging assessments and feedback, helping their teams work more effectively together, and supporting investors (and founders) in understanding leadership opportunities for both current and prospective portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Chasm, she was the SVP, Strategy at Concentric Health Experience, overseeing complex strategic engagements for healthcare and life sciences companies. Previously, she was the Head of Partnerships/Business Development for a Series B healthcare technology startup. Meredith began her career in healthcare research and consulting where she oversaw large, multimillion dollar clinical transformation engagements serving large hospital systems, provider groups, and payors. She is the outgoing Chair of the Board of Directors for University of Pennsylvania’s Division I Varsity Volleyball program and is a member of the Leadership Council for the Carol Emmott Foundation, a 501(c)(3) dedicated to elevating women leaders in healthcare.

Meredith received her MA in Organizational Psychology and Change Leadership from Columbia University and holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she also minored in German. She is certified to administer the Intercultural Development Inventory, the premier cross-culturally valid assessment for building cultural competence within organizations.

YATES BAKER

PARTNER, GENERAL MANAGER, CHASMTEAM

A recruiter by training, Yates’ passion is assisting growth oriented companies acquire talent, at scale. His career has been dedicated to healthcare and Life Sciences having worked with organizations like Eli Lilly and Company, Parexel, CVS/Aetna and United Healthcare. Taking a consultative approach, Yates works with his clients on large resourcing projects, aligning not just on hiring goals but also appropriate long term strategy that incorporates organizational design, recruitment technology and employment branding. As Partner and General Manager of ChasmTeam, Yates is focused on providing scalable talent solutions to high growth healthcare technology and services companies. In addition to his overall responsibility for ChasmTeam, Yates is a member of the Executive Leadership Team of Chasm Partners.

Prior to joining Chasm, Yates was the Vice President of Client Solutions at Sevenstep, a pure play RPO provider offering Talent Solutions, Employer Branding and Advisory services to middle market and F500 clients across the globe. Previous to Sevenstep, Yates held various executive roles at KellyOCG and IBM Kenexa in RPO Delivery, Solution Design and Sales. He brings deep expertise in designing and managing complex outsourced recruitment solutions.

Yates holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University and holds certifications as an Enterprise Design Thinking Coach and Practitioner from IBM. Yates resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with his wife, two sons and their English Cocker Spaniel. When not leading ChasmTeam and chasing his children around, Yates is an avid outdoorsman, farmer and enthusiastic supporter of Appalachian State University’s football team.

Rich Oasis

Rich is energized helping clients disrupt healthcare.  The one constant in healthcare is continuous change and organizations need to have the right talent to scale and adapt to that change.  Finding industry-altering talent helps companies differentiate themselves from the competition while developing a strategic growth (hiring) plan will ensure they lead the industry and don’t get passed by.

At Chasm Partners, Rich is responsible for managing and leading client searches.  Rich’s experience helping clients strategically manage their growth – whether it’s building out functional teams, hiring an executive, or growing the team in general, is a key element of his clients’ success.

Prior to Chasm Partners, Rich led executive search for Zelis Healthcare, a $600M, P/E backed technology company. Rich worked closely with the CEO to build out both the leadership team as well as their direct reports. Some of Rich’s key hires included a CEO for an acquired business unit, divisional CFOs, CTO, CISO, and a divisional COO. Earlier in his career, Rich founded Network Oasis, a recruiting firm focused on finding top talent for growing technology companies and helping them to scale.

Rich graduated from Phillips Academy and Ohio Wesleyan University.  He also has a Masters in Education from Endicott College. He lives in Dover, MA with his wife. Rich played tennis in college and currently is an avid soccer and hockey fan. His three kids all play soccer and Rich referees high school and college soccer.

Julie Chavey

Principal, ChasmSearch

Julie views healthcare technology as a key driver in patient outcomes and population health.  She is grateful to have an opportunity to have an impact on patient experience through executive search and is driven to connect with people who share this passion.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, Julie served as a Managing Consultant within the Healthcare and Healthcare Technology Practice at Korn Ferry. She has worked with a variety of clients across healthcare and life sciences including for-profit healthcare services, healthcare information technology companies, pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, health systems, and managed care organizations.

Preceding Korn Ferry, Julie served as First Vice President, Executive Talent Acquisition for a major financial services organization where she supported the organization’s senior leadership talent needs.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePaul University and served as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy.  She is an avid animal lover and enjoys the diverse food scene in Atlanta, GA where she lives with her spouse and their rescue dog.

Katy Maust

Throughout her career, Katy has been passionate about curating successful interpersonal relationships with clients and candidates to create fruitful, long-term partnerships. With a focus on the life sciences and technology industries she understands the challenges in the market and the strategies to prevail.

As a Principal at ChasmTeam, Katy looks forward to applying her professional expertise to developing, growing, and managing high performing teams. Her years of experience reflect her ability to merge fast-paced early agency career habits with effective relationship building skills.  While she has diversified herself over the years, Katy’s first recruiting love was in Information Technology. Prior to joining Chasm, Katy was a Principal TA Advisor for a global clinical research organization where she focused on driving the recruitment process forward for various functions within the company. Previous engagements included roles with companies such as Eli Lilly and Company, Shire Pharmaceuticals, Ford Motor Company, and United Healthcare. Katy has deep expertise in managing RPO deliveries and recruitment teams during stages of rapid growth.

Katy holds a Bachelors degree in Journalism, Advertising from Ball State University. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband and 2 children. Katy enjoys much of her time outside of work with her family and loves planning their next vacation. She frequently volunteers at her children’s school and serves on the PTA board. She is dedicated to serving her community through her activism in local political campaigns.

Kerry Dunbar

Kerry has dedicated her career to building high performing teams. She is passionate  about working with clients and candidates that are driving innovation and change in the healthcare industry. She joined Chasm Partners in 2022 and is excited to play a role in transforming healthcare for all.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, Kerry was a recruiting leader at Iora Health, a tech-enabled value-based primary care provider. In her time at Iora, she played a key role in launching new markets and scaling the company from 150-800 people.

Preceding Iora Health, Kerry led full-cycle and campus recruiting efforts in strategy consulting, technology and financial services sectors.

Kerry graduated from Brown University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. While at Brown, she competed as a D1 ice hockey athlete and maintains a very active lifestyle. She resides north of Boston, MA with her husband and two daughters. As a family, they spend their time hanging out with friends, family, and exploring all of the beauty the “North Shore” has to offer.

Aaron Bartels

Principal, ChasmTeam

• Extensive RPO client industry experience in the areas of medical, pharmaceutical and manufacturing/consumer products in the areas of IT, sales, marketing, supply chain, engineering, finance, legal, and customer service.

With a background in healthcare recruiting and sales, Aaron understands the importance of healthcare technology in today’s world to meet the evolving needs of patient care. Aaron’s primary focus is in the ChasmTeam division of Chasm Partners. With most of his experience being in RPO, he thrives in a collaborative environment where he can help grow companies by providing consultative solutions to their hiring needs.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners Aaron worked in the RPO space for almost 14 years partnering with clients such as Lilly, Daiichi Sankyo, Carestream Dental, Cardinal Health and Carefusion. Aaron’s recruiting experience ranges from entry level positions to high level leadership roles.

Aaron is from Missouri and currently lives in Sarasota, Florida with his wife and two children. He attended the University of Missouri where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In his free time Aaron enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball, taekwondo and taking advantage of the beaches of Florida.

Sharon Staggers

Sharon believes that a company’s strong partnership with Talent Acquisition has a direct impact on its success. As a Principal at Chasm Partners, Sharon is delighted to use her nine years of Engineering Recruiting experience and additional five years of Corporate Recruiting experience to deliver results for digital healthcare startups.

Prior to joining Chasm, Sharon most recently worked for Palo Alto Networks R&D Team where she focused on diversity. There, she was awarded top Senior Talent Advisor for Q2 FY 2022 Best Candidate Experience. She also consulted for Amazon’s FinTech Team and several Series B, C and D tech startups to build and scale their Engineering, Product and Analytics teams through workforce planning, implementing metrics, creating end to end process and sourcing for exceptional, global talent. Earlier in her career, she led engineering recruiting for top institutional investment banks.  While Sharon has learned a lot from her time in agency and corporate environments, she enjoys leading partnerships for RPOs most.

Sharon attended Winston Salem State University in North Carolina and studied English. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  When Sharon is not helping companies to grow, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two girls in Atlanta, GA.  Together, they enjoy golfing, fishing and movie nights.

Lisa Norris

Prior to her search career, Lisa spent eight years in consultative sales, integrating large scale packaging and supply chain solutions. Her experience working with startups to Fortune 500 companies at all levels of an organization provides her a unique skill set to understand the demands and complexities of strategic positions within an organization.

Lisa graduated from Northern Arizona University where she received her Bachelor Degree in Science. She loves to travel and spend time with her family outdoors. Lisa is a certified Yoga Instructor, triathlete and enjoys leading an active lifestyle in Park City, Utah.

Marshena Moncrieffe-Clarke

• Expertise in strategic recruitment to support Life Science and Technology Industries in research, quality, supply chain, facilities and laboratory operations.

Marshena has a strong understanding of the needs and motivations of the professionals and organizations that she engages. She started her career in biotechnology research prior to pivoting to leverage her technical knowledge toward a recruiting career. Marshena’s focus is on relationships and developing a strong understanding of the nuances of each role and the culture of each organization. She is committed to exceeding the expectations of clients and candidates and provides transparent communications to ensure high engagement by all parties.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, Marshena most recently spearheaded a RPO engagement at Foundation Medicine Inc and had been a top Life Sciences recruiters at Apex Systems (previously On Assignment Lab Support) where she was recognized eight times as a President’s Club honoree.  Before embarking on her recruiting career, Marshena spent five years at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals supporting Obesity and Diabetes research, where she was named in five publications.

Marshena graduated from Stony Brook University where she received a B.S. in Biology. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and Shih Tzu.

ANDREA KERR

Prior to joining Chasm, Andrea built and led an internal executive search function for Vanderbilt University, where she focused on administrative and operational leadership placements. She also has deep experience working for a private equity firm focused in healthcare and business services, identifying and placing leaders within their portfolio companies.

Originally from Chicago, Andrea currently lives in Nashville, TN. She graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Andrea is a true outdoor enthusiast and often explores many of the National and State Parks in-and-around Tennessee, specifically seeking hikes featuring waterfalls (ask her to take you on a hike ~ she’s an expert!).

Ted Kennedy

DIrector of Operations

Ted is thrilled to be involved in Healthcare Technology during such a transformative time. He knows that the opportunity to make a positive impact through executive search is amplified by the ongoing changes in the industry, and he is excited to leverage his experience in technology recruiting to the advantage of Chasm’s clients.

Prior to Chasm Partners, Ted was a consultative full-cycle recruiter, working primarily with startups and venture-backed early growth companies to achieve their business objectives with careful talent selection. He specialized in recruiting for senior management and above, as well as strategic individual contributors in industries including healthcare, software, market research, and advertising.

Previously, Ted was responsible for several high-traffic retail businesses, including a men’s department with more than 25 direct reports, and annual volume exceeding $7M. There he was able to refine his skills in areas like talent assessment and acquisition, training and development, and employee engagement, in addition to broader business tools like P&L management, customer service, and conflict resolution. Realizing he had an affinity and aptitude for talent and human resources, Ted made the decision to transition into a career as an executive recruiter, and hasn’t looked back.

Ted received an undergraduate degree from Providence College in Business Management, where he also competed for their storied track team. Today his only running is in pursuit of his young sons and two dogs at the home he and his wife have in Southern Connecticut.

Kailey Hunter

Kailey is a passionate digital marketer who brings over five years of experience to the Chasm Partners team. In her role as Director of Marketing, Kailey works to develop strategies and elevate Chasm’s brand and digital presence through thought leadership and industry events.

In previous roles, Kailey served as a Marketing Manager and Strategist focused on B2B marketing, with many clients in the healthcare industry. Using her strong background in project management and digital strategy, Kailey is excited to grow and develop internal functions for Chasm Partners that support business development and foster long-lasting partnerships with its clients.

Kailey is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BA in Public Relations. She currently lives in Statesville, North Carolina with her partner, Dalton, and rescue dog, Finn. When she’s not working, Kailey enjoys spending time with friends and family and going to the gym.

Abbey Baumer

Abbey, Chief of Staff for ChasmTeam, knows how to solve problems and achieve good through a company’s mission and leadership. Her role managing and prioritizing ChasmTeam’s internal business activities ensures broad clarity around key expectations, deliverables, and timelines for the firm’s outsourced workforce recruiting solutions.

Always up for a challenge, Abbey is a career Executive Assistant drawn recently into startup companies with life-changing missions. She believes it is professionally and personally rewarding to partner closely with great minds blazing trails forward within our healthcare system.

A creative at heart, Abbey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from Indiana University’s Herron School of Art and Design. Abbey resides outside of Indianapolis, Indiana with her two sons and miniature Goldendoodle.

Derek Burks

Derek is a part of ChasmTeam where he recruits top tier talent for a variety of clients. Having worked in several high-growth technology focused organizations, he understands the need for fast-paced recruitment while being able to source high quality candidates. Prior to Chasm, Derek managed talent acquisition teams for several e-commerce and retail companies in NYC as well as managing the human resources function for a skincare retail company.

Derek is originally from Kentucky where he graduated from Western Kentucky University with a BS in Human Resources Management. He has called New York City home for the last 9 years and enjoys finding new spots for an outdoor run in the city, attending as many live concerts as possible, and restaurant hopping in Washington Heights.

Meghan Russo

Meghan has been in Talent Acquisition for over 10 years, with the majority of her recruiting experience focused in the RPO space. She is a results-oriented leader with expertise in high volume and niche full lifecycle recruitment across a broad range of industries including; Healthcare/Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, IT, Engineering, Telecommunications, Retail, Finance, Biometrics/Security/Government, and Real Estate.

As a Director at ChasmTeam, Meghan brings her strong passion for training and development, diversity recruitment, and streamlining processes to help expand the RPO division of the company. Her drive to build strong teams and love for relationship building and maximizing efficiency has been a driving force throughout her career. She looks forward to utilizing these skills to help Chasm Partners continue their growth pattern in building out new programs, excelling in client management and refining account implementation and expansion.

Meghan is from the Milwaukee, WI area and has 2 children who keep her and her husband busy outside of work. In her free time, she likes to cook, spend time with family, stay active, and support local arts/theater.

Sabrina Saracino

Sabrina is an Associate Director at Chasm Partners where she specializes in executive search across healthcare technology and services roles and functions. She believes that organizational success is reached through having the right talent driving a company’s vision forward. With a passion for human capital and organizational design, she is dedicated to helping healthcare technology and services disruptors reach success through talent, improving the lives of patients and driving the healthcare landscape forward.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, Sabrina worked in talent at Shore Capital Partners, a leading lower middle market private equity firm, where she focused on human resource operations as well as placing C-Suite and executive-level roles within Shore Capital’s healthcare portfolio companies.

Sabrina graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor’s in Psychology and went on to receive her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University. She currently resides in Rochester, MI and enjoys traveling, skiing, and trying new restaurants.

Cynthia Suttora

Associate Director, ChasmTeam

Cynthia is part of the ChasmTeam division where she recruits top tier talent for a variety of clients. As someone who has worked with numerous healthcare technology companies, she understands the immense value these organizations offer to so many diverse populations and is an advocate for their disruptive nature within the traditional healthcare space.

Prior to joining Chasm, Cynthia worked as a full-cycle Recruiter and Human Resources Generalist where she recruited, coached, and managed diverse talent and employee populations. Her experience partnering with  high-growth startups, as well as established corporations across multiple industries and disciplines such as Technology, Healthcare, Finance, Law, Marketing, and Human Resources has made her both a versatile and knowledgeable recruitment professional.

Cynthia is from Long Island, New York and currently lives in New York City. She attended Roanoke College and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. In her free time Cynthia enjoys attending and participating in sporting events, spending time at the beach with family and friends, and engaging in the many cultural events and activities NYC has to offer.

John Chandler

Associate Director, ChasmTeam

John’s first exposure to recruitment at a small CRO ignited a passion for consulting with clients to fulfill their project objectives by providing them with high-caliber talent. Through his work with IBM, Talent Fusion and Cielo, John has supported an industry-diverse collection of clients.

Prior to joining ChasmTeam, John was a Senior Recruiter for a global RPO, supporting the Life Sciences R&D recruitment for Sanofi. While there, he specialized in recruiting accomplished scientists in the fields of oncology and cell therapy. Prior RPO engagements have included partnerships with PAREXEL, Highmark Health, Biogen, ATI, and Wellington Management Company.

John received his Bachelor’s in History from Campbell University. He is a North Carolina native, currently residing in Raleigh. When not supporting his clients, John’s time is dedicated to his wife, daughter, son and loyal dog, Rylee; all traveling to new places as often as possible. When spare time arises, John enjoys reading, building scale models, and watching the Boston Red Sox.

Abby Campbell

Abby brings over a decade of recruitment experience to Chasm Partners as Associate Director, ChasmTeam. Known for her adeptness in crafting impactful client relationships and ensuring a positive candidate experience, Abby is eager to leverage her skills and experience to contribute to the growth of ChasmTeam.

Before joining ChasmTeam, Abby served as the Lead Executive Recruiter for IBM’s legacy RPO partnership, where she played a pivotal role in recruiting C-Suite executives for Parexel. Her strategic approach and commitment to excellence were evident in her contributions to IBM’s recruitment efforts.

Abby’s journey in talent acquisition includes a role as a Senior Recruiter for major RPO accounts such as Quest Diagnostics and Cone Health. In this capacity, she managed full desk recruitment, handling the influx of talent across various domains and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Abby holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She resides in Nashville, TN with her husband, two kids, and two cats. Abby’s hobbies include fitness, music, and travel.

Diana Luker

Senior Associate, ChasmTeam

Diana is part of ChasmTeam where she recruits top talent for a variety of clients. Prior to Chasm, Diana worked as a full-cycle recruiter where she recruited for Fortune 500 companies in their IT and Digital Divisions. Her experience spans across Logistics, Hospitality, Healthcare, E-commerce, and Non-Profit.

Diana is from Jacksonville, FL, and currently lives in West Tennessee. She attended The University of Alabama and received her Bachelor’s in Consumer Sciences. She enjoys kayaking and fishing when she can get to the water, lover of the beach, and huge football fan. Supporting the Alabama Crimson Tide on Saturdays and the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sundays.

Maggie Keavney

Senior Associate, ChasmSearch

Maggie is excited to be part of the rapidly growing world of healthcare services. The last few years in this country have illuminated the need for enhanced care in this country and technological advancement means we have the capacity to meet it.

Maggie started out professionally as a support specialist for then-startup SEMrush- a company now publicly traded on the NYSE.  While there, she developed a passion for innovating ways to truly connect user to product and made the transition into sales. Maggie then made the move to IBM, where she sold and helped onboard clients to the MaaS360 mobile device management platform. Working at ADP with their Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions is where Maggie discovered a passion for what makes people tick at the workplace and what drives their moves between opportunities.

Maggie moved to Michael Page, specializing in the placement of accounting and finance professionals. She is eager to bring her experience placing C-suite and executive level finance roles with VC and PE  backed organizations to Chasm Partners.

Maggie lives in Narberth, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. She’s a seasoned world traveler and third culture kid, having grown up in the United States, England, and Denmark. She’s studied abroad in Hungary and Japan and also spent a year teaching English as a foreign language in Taiwan. Besides travel, Maggie enjoys swimming, spending time with her close friends and family, and anything cultural in her spare time.

Melissa Thomas

Melissa is galvanized by the groundbreaking transformation that is currently taking place at the intersection of healthcare and technology. She leverages her experiences working with both private equity investors and healthcare executives to identify top-tier talent based on the needs and visions of her clients for their companies. Melissa believes in the value of identifying exceptional individuals, across all levels, to ensure the definitive impact and lasting success of a company.

Melissa earned her BA in Health and Societies with a concentration in Health Policy and Law from the University of Pennsylvania. She lives in Philadelphia and enjoys spending her free time reading, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family.

Ali Bodovsky

Senior Associate, ChasmSearch

Ali is a Texas native and currently resides in the beautiful Austin, TX. She received her Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Texas A&M University and her Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She began her career in healthcare in patient relations and operations and while in grad school, moved into client services and recruiting for a primary research firm. After recruiting consultants for investment research, she fell into executive search with Chasm. Aside from the excitement of the healthcare tech startup scene, Ali is passionate about accessibility and equity in healthcare.

Ali loves to spend her time traveling, anything outdoors, and going to live music shows around Austin. You can usually find her at the park or walking the trail with her Irish Setter/Springer Spaniel, Tucker.

Matt Zawadzki

Matt is passionate about health and wellness and enjoys seeing quality-of-life outcomes improve for all people. As a Senior Associate with ChasmTeam, Matt is excited to utilize his experience and passions to help build teams within healthcare companies that are making impactful products and services within the industry.

For over six years, Matt has built his career as a Technical Recruiter supporting high-growth startups. Prior to joining Chasm, Matt worked directly with high-growth startups, helping them scale teams and implement internal workflow processes.

Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Wellness with minors in Business and Nutrition. Outside of work, Matt enjoys biking, golfing, and snowboarding.

Cyssi Ngo

Senior Research Analyst

Joining the team as a Senior Research Analyst, Cyssi comes with a background in search and recruitment for private equity & venture capital-backed software/SaaS companies where she developed and executed research strategy for search engagements, worked with partners to retrieve relevant data & uncover target candidates, and assisted in the maintenance of search health measured by both client expectations & candidate experience. She started her career at Bespoke Partners working with leading private equity firms including Thoma Bravo & Francisco Partners to place C-level executives in a variety of functions from HR to Finance. Most recently, she was part of the growing Talent Management team at Candidate Labs, working with VC-backed startups in the software industry.

Cyssi graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies and a focus on Business Communication. The culmination of her studies led to her final thesis exploring cross-cultural communication styles utilized by brands in the global fashion industry and how to create a more effective online presence. Currently based in NYC, Cyssi enjoys spending as much of her time outside when possible with a camera in hand.

GINNY O’BRIEN

Project Manager

Ginny’s enthusiasm for working with high growth, entrepreneurial organizations led her to Chasm Partners where she brings over 20 years of experience in operations and human resources management. She enjoys building and working with a team of people, and using her administrative and operational strengths to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Prior to joining Chasm Partners, Ginny’s background was in corporate Human Resources where she focused on all levels of financial and technical recruitment for high growth organizations, including Oxford Health Plans and Priceline. Her passion for working with entrepreneurial organizations led her to project management and administrative roles for a several innovative non-profit organizations that leverage technology to address social issues. Most recently, she was National Site Administrator of Food Rescue U.S., an organization that uses a web-based platform to address food waste and hunger.

Ginny graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in English and a MS in Human Resources Management. She is an avid runner, looking to do just one more marathon, and has been a women’s literacy tutor for over ten years. She currently lives in Fairfield, CT .

Kate Pederson

Executive Assistant

Kate comes to the Chasm team with over 13 years of experience in healthcare administration across several medical specialties, including Dermatology, Cardiology, and Plastic Surgery. She is a project-driven multitasker with a propensity to maximize the results of her fellow collaborators.

Kate earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Utah Tech University, where she developed a unique creative signature that she brings to everything she does. Kate enjoys sharing life with her husband and two children. In her spare time, she is an avid writer and traveler with a passion for film photography.

Caroline Casazza

Senior Project Coordinator, ChasmLead

Caroline’s interest in understanding people brought her to join the Chasm Partners team as part of ChasmLead. She thrives in entrepreneurial, high-growth organizations and is excited to be in the healthcare services industry.

Prior to joining Chasm, Caroline’s background was in executive assistant work, most recently at an international consulting firm specializing in the life science sector in New York City.

Caroline attended the University of Utah receiving bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Peace and Conflict Studies. She lives in Utah and enjoys skiing, hiking, yoga, traveling, and music.

Holly Papenthien

Coordination Team Lead, ChasmTeam

Holly has a strong passion for organization, promoting positive experiences and helping others succeed. As a Coordination Team Lead with Chasm, Holly utilizes her expertise to develop and maintain hiring processes for all RPO recruiters and clients to succeed and continue a bright future. 

Holly was raised in Wisconsin and resides there with her spunky Labrador, Tucker. When she isn’t working and spoiling Tucker, she can be found gardening and traveling.

Nicole Kozlowski

Lead Talent Sourcer, ChasmTeam

Nicole is the Lead Talent Sourcer for the ChasmTeam. She is a passionate problem solver who enjoys using data analytics, research and market trends to bring the industry’s top talent to her clients. She enjoys being part of a team that is helping move healthcare forward!

Nicole brings experience within the pharmaceutical and life science industries to ChasmTeam. Prior to joining Chasm, Nicole worked at FAANG and life science organizations where she sourced entry-level to C-Suite candidates, acting as a subject matter expert for business leaders. Nicole’s experience includes sourcing roles for pharmaceutical sales, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Program Managers, UX/UI developers and Technical Architects.

Nicole graduated from James Madison University with a BA in Communication Studies. She lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband and young son, and is an avid supporter of the city’s sports teams.

Lynette Chiappetta

Recruiting Coordinator, ChasmTeam

Lynette lives for organization and helping others. As a recruiting coordinator with Chasm, Lynette utilizes her expertise to schedule for RPO recruiters.

Lynette resides in Wisconsin with her Partner and Son. When she is not working, she can be found with family and friends, playing and teaching her son sports and gardening.

Ausha Ralph

Finance Specialist

Ausha brings 10+ years of experience in veterinary healthcare where she worked as a veterinary technician. Throughout her time in animal healthcare, she learned to prioritize client concerns and listen wholeheartedly. Ausha also recognized and embraced the importance of personal connections and excellent service.

She is currently attending the University of Utah for a B.S. in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting. Ausha ensures to regularly find time to spend outdoors, observing nature as much as possible. She is also passionate about travel and visiting new places.

Jen Person

Jen Person is a leadership and executive coach and creator of high-impact leadership development experiences. ​For over 20 years, Jen’s career was distinguished by achievements in sales, client management, relationship building, managing high performing teams, and engineering new ways to solve big challenges. As an executive at The Advisory Board Company in Washington, DC and then Optum in Eden Prairie, MN, her experience runs the gamut of the business life cycle amidst acquisitions, recessions, and all manner of corporate change.​

Since 2017, Jen has been executive coaching and facilitating leadership development experiences, first as the Managing Director of Learning and Development at Optum, and now as the Founder of Boundless Horizon, LLC and Affiliate Executive Coach with Chasm Partners.

Jen is an active and practicing Integral Coach, certified by New Ventures West and the International Coaching Federation. She is a practitioner and teacher of adaptive leadership and is certified inEQ-i 2.0 and EQ-i 360 (emotional intelligence assessments).​ She holds a BA in Business Management from Washington College in Maryland.

Christine Britton

Christine has devoted her career to helping organizations, teams, and individuals gain the insights, strategies, and skills they need to navigate key inflection points and build healthy organizations. She has served as a consultant, coach, and trusted advisor to leaders across a wide range of industries including healthcare, education, technology, manufacturing, and media. 

As an Executive Coach for ChasmLead, Christine leverages the company’s frameworks, assessment tools, and leadership resources to serve as a sounding board and guide for senior leaders as they onboard to key roles in healthcare organizations across the nation. 

Christine holds a Master of Science in Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to joining ChasmLead, Christine was with the Advisory Board Company for over 20 years, serving as a leader, coach, and internal consultant across the business. She has volunteered her time to coach and train leaders around the globe for organizations devoted to ending homelessness and human trafficking. 

Roy Carpenter

Operations Intern

Roy joins Chasm Partners as an Operations Intern and is responsible for providing support to the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.

Prior to Chasm Partners, Roy worked at the University of Connecticut’s Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, where he conducted comprehensive research on the challenges and opportunities that faced the city of Hartford. This included gathering insights from population polls, conducting direct interviews with community members, and engaging in discussions with prominent figures, including the mayor, councilmen, and congressmen. His proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to present strategic proposals for innovative projects were critical to the success of the program’s website and database development.

Roy lives in Brookfield, Connecticut and attends the University of Connecticut School of Business. Outside of work, Roy enjoys going hiking, going to the gym, and spending quality time with his family.
