POSITION OVERVIEW
As a Senior Associate on ChasmTeam, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients’ talent acquisition efforts. Working closely with Partners, Principals and Directors, you will contribute to the success of their engagements and collaborate on mission-critical projects that drive our growth.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborating with Partners, Principals, and Directors to understand client requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Utilizing our advanced recruitment tools and methodologies to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates for our clients’ positions.
- Conducting candidate assessments and screenings to evaluate skills and suitability for specific roles.
- Managing candidate outreach and nurturing relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Leveraging your network and utilizing various sourcing channels to identify potential candidates within specific industries and domains.
- Participating in client meetings to gain insights into their hiring needs and contribute to strategic discussions.
- Supporting client-focused projects involving market analysis and talent mapping.
- Taking the lead or participating in ad-hoc projects that add value to our clients’ talent acquisition function.
- Collaborating with our research team to gather industry intelligence and market trends to support recruitment efforts.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Associate positions are full-time, requiring a 40 hour work week. Given the spirit of Chasm Partners in finding the right balance between personal and professional priorities, it is our general belief that the expectations and deliverables for this role can be managed in a flexible way during varying times of the day.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within an RPO or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruiting for healthcare-related corporate roles (sales, marketing, finance, general management), clinical healthcare, and/or technology roles (IT, product, engineering) is highly desirable.
- Strong expertise in full life cycle recruitment.
- Proven ability to proactively engage with candidates and manage candidate screening and assessment processes.
- Proficient in utilizing various sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, for candidate identification and engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment trends, talent acquisition strategies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment and enjoys contributing to a positive team culture.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about the healthcare industry and motivated to make a meaningful impact.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and/or CRM databases.
